Growth & Partnerships Manager

Drive growth by identifying and onboarding creators, media companies, and brands to our AI dubbing platform. You'll develop strategic partnerships, negotiate deals, and help shape our go-to-market strategy. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the creator economy and AI technology.

• Identify and prospect potential partners (creators, media companies, brands)
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive platform adoption
• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage relationships
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams on partnership initiatives
• Track and analyze partnership performance metrics
• Attend industry events and conferences to build network
• Create partnership proposals and presentations

• Experience in SaaS or creator economy growth
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the video and localization industry
• Proven track record of building strategic partnerships
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills

• Existing network in the creator/media industry
• Experience with AI or video technology products
• Background in content creation or media
• Understanding of international markets
