Your monthly starting balance resets each billing cycle. Purchased top-ups are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
No, balances are not refundable. This includes both your plan's included monthly balance and any purchased top-ups. Unused balance expires at the end of each billing cycle or top-up validity period.
